DLF, a realty major, has announced that it has received an environment clearance from Union Environment Ministry for its commercial project located in Patto village in Goa.
The proposal was first reviewed by a green panel and later, based on its recommendations the Union Environment Ministry has given final approval for the green nod. The clearance has been subject to certain conditions.
In this commercial complex, the company is going to construct eight small screen multiplexes for small gatherings and events for locals and tourists. The space will be one of its kind in Goa and added to one of entertainment place. The complex will be built on an 18,210 sq. m. plot.
Apart from the multiplexes, the eight-floor commercial complex will comprise of retail shops, offices and food courts. The estimated cost of this project is said to be around Rs 240 crore.
